At Deep Valley, all of our coffees are shade-grown on a single estate in the mountains of Brazil, using the deepest form of organic and regenerative farming methods. Farming in harmony with the environment, guided by the Demeter Biodynamic Certification program is the path to true sustainability. 100% biodiversity on the farm is critical in ensuring our coffee remains pure and vital. Beyond sustainability, there is taste and the taste is magnificent. We have mastered our roasting techniques to provide a roast for everyone’s taste – light, medium, or dark.
